1. Amumu: The Q has two charges. Damage increased from 80-280 + 70% of AP to 70-190 + 85% of AP. His CD load is 16-14s and casting cooldown 3s between each throw. His W increases in damage from 8-24 to 12-28 and his maximum base health damage decreases from 1-2% to 1-1.6%. His ulti drops from 1.5-2 to 1.5.
2. Lucian: His passive changes, he now gains “vigilance” which allows allies to patent Lucian’s next 2 basic attacks, these deal 14 (+10 damage) magic damage. Lucian can accumulate up to 4 charges of Vigilance. Lower the mana cost of W from 70 to 60 and Vigilance activates when an ally deals damage to a marked target. His ult changed from 22-34 to 22 + 25% critical chance. Your AP scaling goes up from 10% to 15%. Watch out for the new Lucian.

Nerf

1. Graves: Q mana cost increased from 60 to 80
2. Irelia: Q heal AD scaling from 12/20% to 8/16%
3. Kayn (Blue): Blue Kayn ulti’s AP scaling drops from 12-44% to 8.30%
4. Leona: W’s bonus armor and magic resistance changed from 20-40 to 15-35
5. Viego: Healing from his passive for 8% to 3%. Q Critical Hit Damage Multiplier increased from 0-75% to 0-100%. The camouflage of the E rises from 400 to 450 and the ulti slowing down from 0.5 to 0.25s. Nerf or Buff ??
